Can I have a BIBLE, please?

Yesterday was the last day for all the Friday classes (2014-2015). Mixed emotions. EXCITEMENT for the coming spring break. SADNESS for the students who will not be continuing (for varied reasons, that includes me being a boring teacher ). GRATITUDE to God for His guidance and faithfulness. PRIDE for the amazing bunch of class chaplains this year (how they've been able to put up with a class buddy like me through these years is beyond me ) HAPPINESS especially for the 7pm High School class, who recently graduated and will all be going to their chosen universities from April .They have been with the Church School for years (one of them since 2004) and will no longer be able to continue . Absolute JOY knowing that 2 of these teenagers, when asked by their class chaplain what gift would they want from him, they replied , "a BIBLE"!!! smile emoticon
