Had to Look Twice

Walking is my favorite form of exercise because not only do I get to sweat, I also find interesting things, people or signs around me.  Things worthy of a second look and a snapshot.

One time I was walking through the Motomachi Center shopping street and happened to look up.  This is what I saw:

Now look at that!  What exactly do frogs eat that are good to sell to the human species beats my imagination  but certainly should be interesting, don't you think so?

What do you see?  A yellow elephant? This is made of metal which made me wonder what is it for?  For children to do some hide-and-seek?  Or just for photo prop?
