Week 1 : Diet Result

I survived Week 1 of my No sugar-No gluten- No soda - No red meat Diet.  Huge pat on the back for me.  :)

What did I eat during the week?
BREAKFAST


FOR LUNCH AND DINNER

SNACKS


RESULT?  Less bloating, no more constipation, clearer skin (except when I ate small dried fish I had rashes here and there, quite itchy so I had to take antihistamine) and......


I can now zip my fleece jacket up.  Yay!!! :) nigamay akong tiyan :)
