The banner shows this year is the 45th Kobe Matsuri, which means that the first Kobe festival and parade was held in 1970.

This is the contingent from Taiwan, I guess.
While this one is a civic organization for or sponsored by Brazil.
The prefectures from all over Japan sent their muses to participate. These pretty ladies wore a sash with the names of their hometowns.
